We begin with the same thorough site preparation used in our standard driveway installations: excavation, gravel base compaction, forming, and rebar reinforcement. The concrete mix includes your selected integral color, which is carefully batched to ensure consistent color across the entire pour.

After pouring and screeding, our crew applies the color release agent across the surface, then positions the stamp mats in sequence. Timing is critical at this stage. The concrete must be firm enough to support the weight of the stamps without sinking, yet soft enough to accept a detailed impression. Our experienced finishers read the concrete conditions and adjust their approach throughout the day as temperature and humidity change.
